Refund policy
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY IN STORE & ONLINE
A purchase may be eligible to be returned or exchanged within 30 days if:
· accompanied by original receipt or electronic receipt lookup,
· merchandise is not a final sale, clearance, special order or a custom item,
· merchandise is unworn, in original condition (not modified, sized or personalized etc.) and in the original gift box with all warranty cards and explanation booklets.
For cash purchases, a check will be issued within 10 business days.
Gift recipients will be issued store credit only.
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
ONLINE ORDER RETURNS
You can return the product to us in-store or return to us by mail at your expense. Returns are to be made by a registered mail carrier. We recommend purchasing insurance for the value of the merchandise. If you elect not to purchase insurance, you are liable for any damages. We are not responsible for returns that do not have tracking/delivery confirmation showing that the package was received in our store. Please pack returns in original outer box or another sturdy shipping box with appropriate packing materials to ensure the product arrives to our store in good condition. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once we receive your return and the merchandise is inspected, we will be able to issue the refund. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed. Refunds are also dependent on how long it takes with your bank.
ONLINE ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND AMENDMENTS
We try to process your order within 48 hours; therefore, we do not accept any modifications to an order once it has been placed. If you have made a mistake on a personalized or custom piece, please contact us within 48 hours of submitting your order.
SPECIAL ORDERS AND CUSTOM ITEMS
Unfortunately, no refund or exchange can be made for special orders or custom merchandise.
Special orders include any jewelry, gemstone, watch, or gift item etc. altered, modified, customized and items brought in by special request.
Custom is an item created by request.
All special orders and custom require a 50% non-refundable deposit and are non-cancelable.
PREOWNED ITEMS
All estate and consignment jewelry are Final Sale and do not come with a warranty or appraisal.
Although unlikely, Rolland's Jewelers is not responsible for errors in descriptions.
Metal and stones may have scratches, abrasions, chips, dents and porosity, due to being preowned despite it being refurbished.
FINAL SALE / CLEARANCE
Are not returnable.
PRE-OWNED ROLEX
Final sale and not returnable.
LAYAWAYS
Most in-stock items are eligible for a 90-day layaway with a 25% deposit. Layaways canceled within 30 days will be refunded. Layaways must have a consistent monthly payment. In the result of non-payment activity, the layaway will be cancelled and result in a store credit and will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Completed layaways are not returnable.
JEWELRY AND WATCH REPAIRS
There is a 6-month warranty on repairs pertaining to the work that was performed. This excludes portions of the item that we did not work on and damage due to wear. Rings can be re-sized at no charge within 14 days from the pick-up date. This excludes if the client was not present when determining the size or if the ring size was against our recommendation.
